Steve graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. Not long after graduation, his professional focus moved into the home building. Priding himself as being a hands on contractor, Steve learned early on that hard work coupled with a firm resolve would accomplish great things.

Over the years his skills have developed and he became a project designer and expediter and quality control specialist and eventually the owner of Ameri-Search Home Inspections (http://www.ameri-search.com) which is still in operation today. This unique skill set helps Steve distinguish himself from the average Realtor and fits nicely with Daunno Realty’s belief that an agent should do more than just sell a home.

With over 38 years of experience in all aspects of construction and real estate, Steve has cultivated an enduring interest in the building trades and a record of achievement as a fine home builder and home inspector.
