Gerry is a Pennsylvania State University graduate who specialized in Economics. Since his graduation he has spent the last 15 years focused on the purchase and sale of residential real estate in New Jersey. Starting out as a salesman, he quickly learned the trade and began purchasing investment properties in the early 1990’s. From there, he jumped into the mortgage business and worked for six years selling mortgages.

As President and Broker of Record of Daunno Realty Services, Gerry will oversee all real estate related transactions. His functions will be training all new sales associates, reviewing all and any real estate transactions, and ensuring proper marketing of all and any real estate we list.

A cum laude graduate of Rider University’s nationally renowned business administration program, Rudy spent the last year serving as the Marketing Director for Daunno Development, coordinating advertising for all of Daunno’s most recent projects.
