Cynthia Belcher

Cindi grew up in Linden, NJ, and made Monmouth County her home in 1995 before settling in Ocean County in 2018.

She began her career as a hairdresser, then spent many years as a computer technician. Her journey eventually led her to real estate and entrepreneurial ventures, where her passion for creativity, community, and home life truly shines.

Cindi has been involved in real estate in various capacities since 1998—starting with computer support for local agencies and eventually managing marketing materials for agents through a family-owned promotional business. In 2014, she began assisting a friend in managing multiple investment properties in Monmouth County, handling tenant placement, lease agreements, rent collection, and property care, which created her love for real estate. That passion later led her to become a licensed Realtor so she could help others find the right home and navigate their own real estate journeys.

In addition to her real estate work, Cindi runs two home-focused businesses: she’s a Pampered Chef consultant, bringing fun and flavor to kitchens everywhere, and she co-owns a Card My Yard franchise, helping people celebrate life’s moments with bold, beautiful yard signs.
