(Toms River, NJ 10-19-16) Daunno Realty Services, a New Jersey Real Estate Brokerage, announces the opening of their second location at 1420 Hooper Avenue, Toms River today. The company, which is head quartered in Clark NJ and began operations in 2006, currently has more than 40 Realtors working in 9 counties and hopes to continue their expansion throughout the state with their new Toms River location.

Rudy, a marketing major from Rider University, together with his brother Brandon Daunno, a civil engineer from Lehigh University, originally founded Daunno Realty in the spring of 2006 as an ancillary sales division of Daunno Development, the Daunno Family’s thriving real estate development company. Within a few months, it became obvious that the Daunno’s expertise in both the real estate market and the component parts of the construction industry were valuable assets to buyers, sellers, and investors in the area.
Daunno goes on to say, “Our mission over the years has been to build a company vested in the next generation of real estate. Our path to get here has been different than most. Brandon and I were not brought up in a franchise real estate system. We see the real estate world from a different perspective than most of the other Realtors we come across. I moved to Toms River with my wife in 2014 and found the state of the real estate market there in peril. Many homes sat vacant, still recovering from Hurricane Sandy. The real estate community needed a boost and I knew that with our proven sales systems, we could provide that boost to the areas buyers and sellers … and do it at a discount!”
